Charm has been practicing interior design and architecture since 1987, when she graduated from Carnegie-Mellon University with a Bachelor of Architecture. Charm and Mark met at CMU, and had collaborated on a number of projects prior to her joining MGA in 2000.
Charm has a passionate knowledge of furniture and finishes that she brings to every project. Her experience with commercial and residential projects, both large and small, allows her to take a lead role for the entire duration of a project, ensuring design continuity.
Charm was a senior designer at Babey Moulton Jue & Booth, San Francisco, a senior design associate at Gensler, New York, and a designer for Polo Ralph Lauren. Notable projects include an assisted living facility for Kobe Steel in Kobe, Japan, the Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom conference center and cafeteria floors in New York City, and the cafeteria and public areas at the QVC headquarters in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
