Charm was a senior designer at Babey Moulton Jue & Booth, San Francisco, a senior design associate at Gensler, New York, and a designer for Polo Ralph Lauren. Notable projects include an assisted living facility for Kobe Steel in Kobe, Japan, the Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom conference center and cafeteria floors in New York City, and the cafeteria and public areas at the QVC headquarters in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
